What you will do

• Create effective digital designs for promotional/advertising campaigns across various platforms (video, web, email marketing, corporate).
• Apply substantial professional motion design experience working to broadcast standards.
• Commission and/or direct illustrators, animators, and photographers, contributing design skills independently and collaboratively.
• Prioritize effectively and work quickly and creatively under pressure, delivering against tight deadlines.
• Contribute and collaborate effectively with producers, creatives, editors, and other members of the creative team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of motion design experience.
• Demonstrate strong conceptual and creative design, art direction, and typographic skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) with a strong understanding of typography and composition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, and brand-building.
• Strong understanding of AI and an eye on future updates in the industry.
