What you will do

• Lead and manage the Lending Operations team, overseeing the processing and approval of supplier finance transactions for SME clients.
• Set, monitor, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of clinical escalation for complex queries, resolving bottlenecks to ensure seamless transaction flow.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Credit departments to design and implement workflows for new products, considering cross-border jurisdictional variations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processing efficiency and client experience, defining requirements for system enhancements and automation.
• Maintain a robust understanding of Trade-Based Money Laundering (TBML) risks, implementing controls and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-change FinTech or high-growth Financial Services environment.
• Knowledge of SME lending and trade operations.
• A solid understanding of FX products (Spot, Fixed Forwards, Window/Parallel Forwards) and their application within lending structures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset, balancing scalability, efficiency, and risk.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management across Product, Credit, and Legal departments.
• A proactive "continuous improvement" mindset, comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a rapidly evolving product suite.
