What you will do

• Lead post-sale relationships as a trusted advisor on technical deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Drive account strategy and health, focusing on the velocity of adoption and mission impact for government customers.
• Configure and run API instances, custom GPTs, agents, and plugins for strategic accounts.
• Design and lead hands-on activities such as workshops, hackathons, and training sessions for audiences ranging from executives to front-line staff.
• Collaborate with Product and Research teams to relay field patterns, technical blockers, and customer feedback to influence product planning.
• Manage structured onboarding and deployment projects with clear sequencing, milestones, and KPIs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management or GenAI consulting.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of OpenAI APIs, SDKs, embeddings, retrieval augmentation (RAG), and fine-tuning.
• Practical experience with enterprise security concepts (SSO, encryption) and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Familiarity with Python or JavaScript, REST APIs, automation, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Proven record of driving technical deployments and owning value realization for large enterprise customers.
• Excellent public speaking skills and the ability to engage stakeholders from C-suite to technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce.
• Existing power-user status and evangelism for ChatGPT and Codex.
