What you will do

• Assist in creating visual assets for digital platforms, including social media graphics and web visuals.
• Support the design of print materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and event collateral.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all design work.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, or creative team members on assigned projects.
• Prepare final design files for digital publishing or print production.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be able to work on-site in McLean, VA.

Nice to have

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate on designs.
• Interest in building a professional portfolio and gaining practical experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
