Fullstack Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing dynamic, consumer-grade experiences in hirify.global's Platform Cloud with an accent on UI frameworks, API design, and enterprise-grade scalability. Focus on pioneering AI-driven capabilities like automated Flexipage generation and intelligent design assistance to accelerate app development.

Location: Hybrid work in Raleigh, NC or San Francisco, CA. Local candidates only. In office commit of a minimum of 10+ days per quarter.

What you will do

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products.
• Master and improve development processes, culture, and codebase.
• Operate efficiently in a hybrid engineering model, taking ownership for code quality.
• Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes.
• Present your own designs to internal/external groups and review designs of others.
• Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests.
• Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to address complex problems and ensure high availability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience (MTS, SMTS, or LMTS level).
• Proficiency in Java.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and/or Ajax.
• Solid understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL and relational database schema design.
• Experience in working and developing with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in automated testing including unit and functional testing using Java, JUnit, JSUnit, and Selenium.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A related technical degree is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Working experience with multiple front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue, Ember, React).
• Experience building highly scalable web applications.
• Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
