What you will do
- Lead the data analytics activity, gather needs, and propose tailored analytical solutions and visualizations.
- Define and manage the data analytics roadmap according to studio priorities and business needs.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data relevance, optimize data flows, and automate dashboards.
- Identify and specify new data source requirements, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Manage and mentor team members, supporting their growth and promoting best practices.
- Promote a strong data-driven culture across the studio and collaborate with other hirify.global data teams.
Requirements
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Experience with any Data Visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst in the video game industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to conduct analysis and present insights to clients and top management.
- Autonomous and proactive, with a doer mindset, strong attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Cloud experience (ideally Azure).
- Experience in Machine Learning.
- Experience in Big Data.
- Open to new approaches and sharing ideas.
