What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and availability of customer data platform solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate observability best practices across the platform.
• Develop tools and automation to enhance incident detection, response, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure the scalability and high availability of real-time data infrastructure under heavy traffic.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Observability Engineer or in a similar Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
• Strong background in designing and implementing monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions for distributed systems.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and high-load environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production systems.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must be based in the USA.
