What you will do
- Create presentation slides and social media assets for hirify.global’s Ad Monetization team.
- Design layouts for rich media ad units and additional mobile ad formats.
- Effectively communicate the merits of your work to team personnel and brand partners.
- Design assets geared towards meeting creative brief goals with minimal supervision.
- Represent the team, independently, in both internal and external creative reviews.
- Leverage static production assets to develop motion representations of mobile gameplay experiences.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of graphic design experience, specifically in brand identity and mobile ad unit creation.
- Online portfolio featuring creative work directly aligned with the responsibilities of this role.
- Advanced experience with Adobe Photoshop; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Google Slides.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly independent; capable of executing on work with minimal oversight.
- Advanced knowledge of design principles such as color theory, typography, and modular grid systems.
- Attentive to design feedback and able to quickly iterate on compositions.
- Ability to execute on tight deadlines.
- Must be based in Eastern Time Zone (or Central/Pacific Time Zones with flexibility for Eastern-leaning hours).
