What you will do

• Shape the product design strategy for the Merchant Experience domain, transitioning from research to visual design.
• Innovate and take ideas from concept to reality alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow designers.
• Design experiments to validate assumptions and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Act as an entrepreneurial force, challenging the status quo at hirify.global.
• Design intuitive and elegant solutions for effortless financial management for SMEs.
• Enhance the design system to improve both quality and speed of delivery.

Requirements

• Strategic mindset to simplify complex problems into elegant solutions using prototypes, insights, and design vision.
• Confidence in tackling complex interaction challenges with a keen eye for visual details.
• Proficiency in user research, prototyping, and quick validation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, involving stakeholders early and often.
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative, always pushing for the best outcomes.
• Ability to work onsite in Milan.
• Fluency in English, required for application submission.
