Business Development Manager (Fintech/Crypto): Scaling the global partner ecosystem by finding, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners to bring new traders to the platform with an accent on strategic partner identification, deal negotiation, and rapid activation to drive measurable growth. Focus on optimizing partner campaign performance and achieving activation milestones within the challenging Nigerian market.

Location: Remote, must be based in Nigeria or have knowledge of the West Africa region

What you will do

  • Identify and source potential partners (influencers, educators, communities, agencies) via various channels.
  • Prospect and conduct structured, personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls.
  • Assess partner quality, understand promotion strategies, and negotiate partnership terms.
  • Onboard partners into tracking and partner systems, educating them on tools and best practices.
  • Support partners in launching their first campaigns and continuously monitor their performance.
  • Drive partners to reach Active status (5+ first-time deposits) and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

  • Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within the Trading industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort working with targets and KPIs.
  • Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven.
  • Experience using CRMs and digital tools.
  • Knowledge of the West Africa region.
  • Knowledge & experience of the CFD & Crypto industry is a must.

Nice to have

  • Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or online platforms.
  • Familiarity with influencer or affiliate ecosystems.
  • Experience working with global partners.
