What you will do

• Executing manual test cases for POS applications.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs clearly.
• Testing Point-of-sale workflows such as payments and refunds.
• Verifying fixes and perform regression testing.
• Providing support for customer-reported issues and help reproduce problems.
• Working with developers and support teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of software testing and QA processes.
• Understanding of basic POS workflows such as sales and refunds.
• Manual testing experience (UI and functionality).
• Willingness to learn automation testing tools (Playwright, Python).
• Fluent English communication skills.
