What you will do

• Work with testers, translators, and developers to clearly report and fix linguistic issues.
• Guard language quality in games, ensuring every word, menu, and message is natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate.
• Test games like a pro, following hirify.global LQA methods to define industry standards for linguistic quality.
• Use professional bug databases to describe linguistic issues, track progress, and verify fixes.
• Evolve into a trusted LQA expert, owning projects and mastering the full testing cycle from start to finish.
• Write and refine test cases, document findings, and establish best practices in LQA.
• Collaborate with developers and fellow testers early to shape game localization testing and improvement.
• Optimize workflows, share knowledge, and continuously raise LQA standards.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, noticing the smallest things others miss, and striving for perfection.
• Confident English skills, both written and spoken.
• Passion for games and understanding how they sound, look, and feel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment without compromising quality.
• Proactive, determined, and curious about how things work to find better ways to deliver results.
• Comfortable using databases, spreadsheets, testing tools, and MS Office with a focus on organization and accuracy.
• Right to work in Spain required.
• Must work onsite in Madrid.
