What you will do

• Build and develop outsourcing processes from scratch.
• Search for, negotiate with, and manage outsourcing partners and contractors.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with external teams.
• Ensure project deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
• Define goals, priorities, and track tasks for outsourcing teams.
• Organize effective collaboration between in-house and outsourced teams and continuously improve workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry as a Project Manager or Outsourcing Manager.
• Participation in at least one shipped project in a Project Manager or Outsourcing Manager role.
• Experience in development strategy creation, production planning, and production management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining art-related documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary and distributed teams.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 10 or more people.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate teams, set clear goals, and effectively delegate tasks.
