Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant IT role (experience in Game Development is a strong plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear technical requirements and effectively convey information to the team.
• Well-developed critical thinking and analytical skills.
• High level of ownership and result-oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• At least C1 level of Russian.
