What you will do

• Manage and grow the online community (Slack, Discord, forums, etc.).
• Engage users through discussions, content, and events.
• Collect feedback and insights from the community.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on launches and updates.
• Define community guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in community, content, or customer-facing roles, preferably in tech/devtools.
• Strong written communication and natural people skills.
• Curious mindset — you enjoy learning from users and experimenting.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
