What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain Sailpoint ISC components and workflows.
• Optimize Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes for access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Integrate SAP systems (GRC, Ariba, etc.) with Sailpoint, including role mapping.
• Deploy OOTB connectors and develop custom connectors for non-standard or legacy systems.
• Collaborate with IAM architects, application owners, and compliance teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sailpoint ISC, including connector development and policy management.
• Strong experience integrating SAP systems with IAM platforms.
• Proven track record in identity governance and administration.
• Technical skills: Sailpoint ISC (IdentityNow), SAP integration, Connector development, JML lifecycle management, IAM policy management.
• English: Fluent required.
