What you will do
- Own and execute the Identity Governance Framework strategy and implementation with minimal supervision
- Lead IAM governance and collaborate across IAM, IGA, and PAM functions
- Architect and implement identity solutions across SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, BeyondTrust, and cloud IAM platforms
- Develop executive presentations and manage stakeholder communications
- Drive innovation by applying AI technologies to identity governance and security
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve security posture and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States (Texas preferred) and able to work remotely within US
- 8+ years of enterprise IGA experience in complex global environments
- Proven leadership and communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Expertise in IAM architecture, identity lifecycle management, and cloud IAM solutions
- Experience with AI applications in identity governance and security
- Strong background in IAM operations, incident response, and compliance frameworks
Nice to have
- Experience with Zero Trust architecture and containerized/Kubernetes environments
- Knowledge of decentralized or blockchain-based identity solutions
- Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM
- Experience with observability platforms and chaos engineering principles
