What you will do

• Build and maintain AI-enabled product features and supporting backend components.
• Write production-ready code and lightweight prototypes, ensuring stability through automated tests.
• Translate business problems into clear AI tasks and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Prepare and maintain data and test cases for measuring AI output quality with repeatable evaluation methods.
• Apply common AI application approaches (prompting, internal knowledge sources, external tools).
• Contribute to production readiness, including versioning, monitoring, performance, cost awareness, and usage tracking.

Requirements

• 2+ years in software engineering.
• 1+ years building and shipping production software in product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python and/or TypeScript (or similar), APIs/services, and data pipelines.
• Experience with Cloud, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI/LLM concepts: prompt engineering, retrieval/RAG, function/tool-calling, evaluation pipelines, fine-tuning/LoRA, embeddings/vector search.
• Familiarity with LLMOps: experiment tracking, prompt/version control, cost/latency optimization.
• Knowledge of tools like serverless AWS, LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure OpenAI, and vector DBs (Pinecone/FAISS/Milvus).
