What you will do

• Design and develop high-performance distributed systems in Rust.
• Build highly available backend services capable of handling extreme throughput and concurrency.
• Implement fault-tolerant architectures to ensure system reliability in live trading environments.
• Develop core infrastructure for real-time data ingestion, processing, and distribution.
• Work closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Rust Software Engineer.
• Proven experience building highly available, distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, parallelism, and systems-level programming.
• Experience designing services for high throughput and low latency.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in C++.
• Background in financial systems, trading, or real-time platforms.
