What you will do

• Design and develop high-performance C++ trading applications.
• Optimise code paths for maximum speed and minimal latency.
• Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and traders to implement and enhance trading algorithms.
• Build and maintain low-latency networking and communication protocols.
• Conduct detailed performance analysis, profiling, and tuning of critical system components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years professional experience developing high-performance systems in C++.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with multi-threaded programming and real-time systems.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with network programming (TCP/IP, UDP).
• Knowledge of hardware-level optimisation (SIMD, GPU, CPU cache optimisation).
