An hirify.global is seeking a high-performance C++ Software Engineer to build some of the fastest trading systems in global financial markets.
What you will do
- Design and develop high-performance C++ trading applications.
- Optimise code paths for maximum speed and minimal latency.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and traders to implement and enhance trading algorithms.
- Build and maintain low-latency networking and communication protocols.
- Conduct detailed performance analysis, profiling, and tuning of critical system components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years professional experience developing high-performance systems in C++.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Experience with multi-threaded programming and real-time systems.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with network programming (TCP/IP, UDP).
- Knowledge of hardware-level optimisation (SIMD, GPU, CPU cache optimisation).
