Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (typical U.S. range, higher in specific metropolitan areas).

What you will do

• Design and optimize SDK components for browsers using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with global teams to build cross-platform solutions that reach millions of users.
• Work on innovative features and improve the developer experience.
• Ensure solutions meet high standards for security and privacy.
• Drive project plans, release plans, and work items with appropriate stakeholders.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guide other engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 4+ years of coding experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• 3+ years of experience writing web applications code for browsers.
• Solid understanding of browser rendering pipelines and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements for this role.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated expertise in modern JavaScript and TypeScript, including advanced patterns.
• Experience building complex, high-performance web applications or SDKs.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Knowledge of web standards and APIs, including security and accessibility.
• Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for frontend.
