What you will do

• Lead feature development and implementation using Vue.js, ensuring scalable and modular code.
• Improve overall product performance by optimizing existing workflows and code blocks.
• Collaborate effectively with Front-End, Back-End Developers, Product Managers, and Designers to build and enhance user interfaces.
• Write efficient, semantic, and standards-compliant JavaScript, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
• Display strong leadership qualities, guiding the team through complex projects and fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of complex web applications, including proven experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Vue.js or other JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git), front-end build tools (e.g., Vite, Rollup), and debugging tools.
• Experience working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, with a strong understanding of design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Experience with advanced state management libraries (e.g., Pinia).
• Expertise in front-end performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies.
• Proficient in writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
