Security Services Architect (DevOps)

Security Services Architect (DevOps): Assisting customers with implementing hirify.global’s identity security products and integrating them into DevOps pipelines and orchestration tooling with an accent on automating machine identity management and cloud technologies. Focus on leading on-site and remote implementations, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating on training and team mentorship.

Location: United States, with up to 25% nationwide travel required. US work authorization is mandatory as visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $101,000–$149,000/year

What you will do

• Lead on-site and remote implementations and onboarding engagements with customers.
• Assist customers with developing, managing, and executing project plans and timelines.
• Integrate hirify.global products with developer pipeline and orchestration tooling.
• Help maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate in the ongoing development of training materials and curricula, and mentor the team.
• Support the Security Services - DevSecOps team with technical escalations and customer save duties.

Requirements

• 7+ years of consulting experience working within enterprise IT environments.
• Proven ability to identify critical business problems and articulate solutions.
• Expertise automating Machine Identity Management using Venafi Trust Protection Platforms.
• Strong scripting and API automation skills (bash, PowerShell, Go, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with modern containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Direct working experience with cloud technologies (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency with orchestration and CI/CD technologies (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Jenkins).
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.

Nice to have

• Technical understanding of major cloud providers' use of machine identities and multi-cloud architecture.
• Previous experience in a consultative, sales engineer, or enterprise architect role.
• Software development training and experience.
• Security, cloud vendor, or industry-recognized DevOps certifications.
