Location: Must live within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S.

Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze problems using large-scale crawled data and user engagement data.
• Define problems and metrics to address relevance, authority, attractiveness, diversity, and freshness.
• Design and train ML system and model architecture.
• Collect data for training and drive project forwards through iterative ranker releases.
• Deploy models to production and collaborate with other scientists, engineers, and program managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Solid machine learning / computer vision / natural language processing experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience in open source (spark, hbase, hadoop etc) or hirify.global internal tech (cosmos, autopilot, azure).
