What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of QA processes, from requirement gathering through release validation.
• Design and implement robust QA frameworks, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Build and scale test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, JMeter, and LoadRunner.
• Ensure compliance with GRC processes and support internal and external audits.
• Define and track key KPIs to monitor test coverage, defect rates, and overall product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15–20 years of QA experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, performance testing tools, and automation frameworks.
• Deep understanding of agile software development, DevOps tools, and ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Proven experience managing QA for cloud platforms and enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Background in life sciences or healthcare software.
• Familiarity with Beghou platforms: Mainsail™, Meridian™, ARMADA™.
• Certifications: ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
