What you will do

• Streamline accounting processes using knowledge of hirify.global and QuickBooks.
• Assist customers with connecting and configuring QuickBooks for tax, payroll, and invoicing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for QuickBooks related issues.
• Demonstrate project management skills for planning and driving tasks across organizations.
• Identify and categorize customer issues using various reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks and accounting.
• Strong customer empathy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn company products, techniques, and processes.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, or Wisconsin (US).

Nice to have

• QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification.
• Experience in hospitality, the automotive industry, call centers, or a fast-paced startup.
• Canadian tax law expertise.
• Ability to speak Spanish.
• Experience using bookkeeping software.
