Marketing Internship

With an accent on managing customer reviews and supporting ongoing review gathering activities. Focus on identifying and vetting existing clients for potential partnerships and collaborating with SEO and creative teams to integrate client voice into content and boost search results.

Location: 100% in-office in Schaumburg, IL. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position, and candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week.

What you will do

• Manage, triage, and respond to customer reviews on third-party sites.
• Support ongoing review gathering activities via email and vendor tools.
• Find and vet existing clients for potential reference, promotion, and case study partnerships.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to manage recurring review gathering email cadences.
• Support Social Media and PR teams with new content ideas based on customer advocacy quotes and storylines.
• Collaborate with the SEO and Creative teams to boost AI search results and ensure client voice and brand guidelines are supported.

Requirements

• Education relevant to marketing, communications, public relations, or multimedia preferred.
• Experience with email and digital best practices and style.
• Experience working with internal and agency partners.
• Must be able to work on-site five days per week.
• English: B2 required.
