What you will do

• Shape upcoming hirify.global products by applying machine learning and software engineering.
• Push limits on real-time augmented information retrieval and generation.
• Work on information safety and search technologies.
• Understand user queries and intents, retrieve and rank documents, and generate helpful answers.
• Contribute to horizontal areas like data generation, evaluation, and safety for information intelligence.
• Utilize and improve upon the latest advancements in machine learning and LLMs.

Requirements

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX for deep learning model training and deployment.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages such as Go, Swift, Python, C/C++, or Java.
• 3+ years of industry related experience, working in collaborative environments.
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing search ranking and relevance issues and opportunities.
• Ability to build machine-learned models for search relevance ranking, query understanding, and questioning.
• Skilled in understanding product requirements then translating them into modeling and engineering tasks.
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
