What you will do
- Design and develop CRM solutions, customizing Dynamics 365 for advertising workflows (Sales, Marketing, Case Management).
- Integrate CRM with Ads systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms (Power BI).
- Support AI-first initiatives and implement automation capabilities within CRM systems to streamline workflows and improve seller efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Proficiency in coding with C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role, including passing a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering with C#, Java, or Python.
- Solid knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
- Experience with large-scale systems and API design.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data models.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts for workflow automation.
