What you will do

• Build clean, maintainable features and resolve end-to-end issues to ensure effective customer outcomes.
• Reduce technical debt to maintain secure, resilient, and reliable systems.
• Improve team testing practices to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Participate in code reviews, assessing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in security, deployment, and operational processes.
• Engage actively in developer meetings, sharing knowledge and collaborating closely with teammates.

Requirements

• Demonstrable software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with expert knowledge of React and core concepts.
• Solid understanding of clean code, clean architecture, design patterns, and agile practices.
• Proficient in software testing, including test-driven development and the testing pyramid.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git/Git Flow, and modern release strategies.
• Experience analyzing, debugging, and delivering well-optimised, maintainable software features.
