What you will do

• Lead a full R&D development team, owning the product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Manage the entire development cycle, including research, development, and testing through to successful release.
• Build a strong team spirit and enable all team members to grow and develop.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Group Managers, Product Managers, and Customer Support.
• Ensure the product maintains the highest security standards and provides the best possible user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading an R&D Team.
• 2+ years of C++ development experience.
• Possess a hands-on development background.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Background in production environments and customer-focused thinking.
• Be self-motivated with strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• C++ development experience on Windows.
• Knowledge of Windows internals.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams.
