Location: Office-based in the UK. Candidates must possess current eligibility to live and work in the UK. Temporary work from anywhere in the EU is allowed for up to four weeks per year.

What you will do

• Create stunning real-time visual effects (VFX) that enhance player experience and immerse them in the game world.
• Combine technology and creativity to produce impactful, high-quality visual effects.
• Collaborate with art, programming, and design teams to understand features and integrate VFX.
• Mentor other artists, offering guidance and support within the team.
• Support leads in establishing pipelines, processes, and workflows for VFX creation.

Requirements

• A photo-realistic portfolio/showreel demonstrating real-time VFX elements.
• Experience in modelling, texturing, and image processing.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and 3D software such as Maya or 3DS Max.
• Understanding of basic vector math and art fundamentals (lighting, composition, colour theory).
• Current eligibility to live and work in the UK is required.

Nice to have

• Desirable experience with proprietary/in-house game engines.
