What you will do
- Design scalable shared services and integrations used across multiple products.
- Solve complex engineering challenges in a modern SaaS environment.
- Own features end-to-end, from design to production.
- Partner with Product and SRE to build secure, resilient, cloud-ready systems.
- Drive engineering best practices and elevate technical quality.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong technical culture.
- Evaluate new technologies and make smart architectural trade-offs.
- Build with testing in mind, ensuring automation is integrated.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong background in C#/.NET or another object-oriented language.
- Proven ability to design systems, not just implement tickets.
- Experience with CI/CD and modern development practices.
- Solid understanding of authentication, data modeling, and system interactions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning ideas into working solutions.
- Team-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP welcome).
- Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes.
- Understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience with observability and production troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Test automation.
- Experience with React / TypeScript.
