Location: Hybrid in Prague, Czech Republic (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Design scalable shared services and integrations used across multiple products.
• Solve complex engineering challenges in a modern SaaS environment.
• Own features end-to-end, from design to production.
• Partner with Product and SRE to build secure, resilient, cloud-ready systems.
• Drive engineering best practices and elevate technical quality.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong technical culture.
• Evaluate new technologies and make smart architectural trade-offs.
• Build with testing in mind, ensuring automation is integrated.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong background in C#/.NET or another object-oriented language.
• Proven ability to design systems, not just implement tickets.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern development practices.
• Solid understanding of authentication, data modeling, and system interactions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning ideas into working solutions.
• Team-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP welcome).
• Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes.
• Understanding of distributed systems.
• Experience with observability and production troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Test automation.
• Experience with React / TypeScript.
