What you will do

• Support the design and delivery of finalized designs for web, native, and digital applications.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Assist in identifying human-centered pain points and opportunities.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Evaluate product performance post-release and recommend enhancements based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in UX design and visual design.
• Proven ability to create and deliver designs for web, native, and digital applications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within team environments.
• Ability to manage individual responsibilities and meet project deadlines.
• Must be eligible for W2 employment in the US.
• Visa Sponsorship is available.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing prototypes and conducting usability testing.
• Portfolio showcasing previous UX work.
