What you will do
- Lead Target Operating Model initiatives, covering current-state assessment, future-state design, and transition planning.
- Analyse and design operating model components including processes, governance, data, technology, roles, and controls.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather insights and drive consensus on the desired target operating model.
- Define Reporting Ownership (including RACI) ensuring accountability across relevant functions.
- Establish Governance, Operating Rhythm, Escalation Paths, and Timelines for all in-scope regulatory reports.
- Establish a Client Related Tax Reporting Standard.
Requirements
- Strong business analysis experience with demonstrable Target Operating Model delivery.
- Experience designing or supporting changes to processes, operating structures, and ways of working.
- Ability to work with business, technology, risk, and Finance teams to align operating models with delivery realities.
- Confidence supporting senior stakeholders through complex design decisions.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
- Excellent coordination skills to bring people and/or tasks together to achieve outcomes.
- Experience dealing with ambiguity; flexible and adaptable in response to changing requirements and scope, yet still delivering quality outcomes.
- Must hold working rights for Australia.
