What you will do

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team (Engineering, QA, Product, Design, Scrum) to deliver full-stack web features.
• Autonomously develop and deliver game-changing features, taking ownership of the user experience for coaches and athletes.
• Propose solutions to ambiguous technical problems and rapidly iterate on product changes.
• Mentor less experienced engineers on development best practices, planning, designing, and delivering complex projects.

Requirements

• Experience leading or playing a key role in developing large-scale applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• User-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and dive into specific technical areas.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, Node, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, SQL, ElasticSearch, and AWS.
