Full-Stack Developer (Python/React)

What you will do

• Lead architectural decisions and drive solutions that transition the platform for future growth.
• Define and enforce software design standards and patterns, steering refactoring initiatives.
• Take personal responsibility for architectural decisions and technical outcomes, leading post-mortems for structural improvements.
• Mentor junior/medior developers by clearly communicating design decisions and leading code reviews.
• Drive the scaling and stability of services by measuring and optimizing technical performance.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical, commercial, product, and operational areas.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with Python or Django.
• Professional experience with modern JavaScript (React/Vue).
• Proven track record of designing, building, and integrating scalable and secure APIs.
• Expertise in browser concepts (web vitals, web profiling, page rendering).
• Ability to design, architect, and reason about complex systems and interconnected (micro)services.
• Understanding of concepts related to servers, Linux, clusters, domain registration, and SSL.
• Able to debug and troubleshoot across the full stack (frontend, backend, server).
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• English: C1+ required.

Nice to have

• Experience with maintaining public-facing REST API services.
• Experience with Typescript and Tailwind.
• Experience with Adobe Commerce / Magento / Shopware.
• Knowledge of Scrum.
