What you will do

• Design, build, and scale AI-powered agents used daily by hirify.global engineering teams.
• Take ownership of complex GenAI agent architectures and guide technical decisions.
• Turn exploratory GenAI prototypes into robust, reusable production building blocks.
• Define and track the value delivered by AI agents across the software development lifecycle.
• Coach engineers on effective use of Generative AI in software development.
• Improve developer experience by embedding Generative AI directly into existing tools and platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical roles (DevOps, Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Data Science).
• Proven experience deploying Generative AI or agentic systems in production environments, focusing on scalability and cost optimization.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices (Terraform/Bicep).
• Proficiency in Python for automation, API development, and AI model integration.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes) and API gateways.
