hirify.global is building a vertically integrated GenAI cloud platform, challenging hyperscalers with sustainable technology solutions.

What you will do

• Develop visually engaging marketing assets, including e-books, email campaigns, social content, presentations, and event collateral.
• Work alongside design director, brand designers, producers, and marketing agency partners to deliver cohesive visual solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all product, marketing, and communication channels.
• Assist in the refinement and evolution of brand guidelines and strategy.
• Design, test, and optimise creative content based on feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in tech, agency, or startup environments.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated experience creating digital marketing assets for various channels.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and brand design expertise.
• Ability to understand and simplify complex technology concepts visually.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI or cloud computing technology.
• Knowledge of print design and production processes.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and web design.
