Location: Hybrid in Bristol, Halifax, or Edinburgh, UK (at least two days per week or 40% of time in office).

Salary: £59,850 – £66,500

What you will do

• Shape the story of transformation within Brands Marketing & Experience into compelling visual narratives.
• Champion creativity internally and externally, showcasing brilliant work and collaborations.
• Design and animate high-quality assets for SharePoint, internal social platforms, email, and social media.
• Own projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery, ensuring brand alignment.
• Influence and inspire senior stakeholders by confidently presenting ideas and constructively challenging for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with copywriters to blend words and visuals for seamless storytelling.

Requirements

• Design mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
• Confident SharePoint expertise for page build and design.
• Creative flair and originality to develop ideas that stand out.
• Ability to conceive innovative campaign concepts that differentiate the brand.
• Detail obsession, ensuring consistency and precision in all work.
• Strong communication skills, with gravitas and clarity when presenting ideas.
