• Create high-quality digital and print assets for multiple brands.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to visualize ideas.
• Develop creative themes for campaigns across web, social, events, and content.
• Present design concepts confidently with clear rationale.
• Support and guide junior designers, ensuring best practices.
• Maintain visual consistency, modernity, and impact across brands.
• Identify design trends and propose fresh ideas.
• Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years’ experience in graphic and digital design (agency or multi-brand experience ideal).
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful brand and campaign work.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, and colour.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Enjoy mentoring and raising design standards.
