What you will do

• Own full content quality across your markets.
• Mentor, nurture, and coach your team to drive performance and deliver at pace.
• Track KPIs and embed metrics into daily work.
• Ensure operational excellence in task planning, commitments, and OKRs.
• Optimize workflows, including AI opportunities and content freshness strategies.
• Work closely with Content Managers to ensure best-in-class content is shipped, developing SEO guides and aligning best practices.

Requirements

• Strong managerial toolkit with significant experience managing other people managers (e.g., a few direct reports with a larger team of 6+).
• Extensive track record of writing and editing high-quality content, boosting user engagement and organic traffic for English-speaking markets.
• Proven experience as a process builder, setting up new guidelines and processes to drive team performance, ideally using AI and automation.
• Demonstrable experience using SEO tools (SEMRush, AHREFS) and Content Performance tools (GA4).
• English: C1+ proficiency required for writing and editing high-quality content.
