Location:
• Cyprus (Limassol) – office-based
• Europe (EU time zones only) – remote

Format: Full-time

A growing SaaS company is looking for a hands-on Developer Team Lead to lead a small engineering team and take full ownership of architecture and delivery.

🪐 Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and mentor the development team
✔️ Own system architecture and engineering standards
✔️ Hands-on backend development with PHP / Symfony and Nest.js
✔️ Frontend oversight with Next.js & TypeScript
✔️ Design scalable RESTful APIs
✔️ Collaborate closely with Product and leadership
✔️ Ensure stable delivery, CI/CD, and Docker-based environments

🪐 Requirements:
✔️ 5+ years of development experience
✔️ 1+ year in a Team Lead role
✔️ Strong PHP/Symfony background
✔️ Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and Nest.js
✔️ Relational databases & ORMs
✔️ 𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡
✔️ Bonus: VOIP experience (Asterisk / Kamailio / SIP)
