TL;DR

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated test frameworks and suites.
• Integrate AI/ML-powered tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Create detailed test plans, execute tests, and manage defects.
• Conduct performance and load testing, and analyze results for root cause analysis.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and improve development processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with modern test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-aided testing tools.
• Practical experience with APM or log analytics tools (Sumo Logic, New Relic).
• Experience in performance, security, or load testing.
• Expertise in API testing and microservices architecture validation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting skills.
• Familiarity with SQL for database validation.
