Location: Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for the internal AI Copilot, making it a mission-critical tool for sales.
• Design the integration of data from CRM, internal data lakes, and external intelligence for actionable insights.
• Act as the translator between engineers and end-users to resolve real-world sales friction.
• Transform complex AI outputs into a seamless, intuitive experience to ensure high adoption.

Requirements

• Proven Product Management experience, ideally with AI-driven products in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, Generative AI, RAG frameworks, and data grounding challenges.
• Experience building internal tools or Salesforce integrations.
• Ability to see past technical AI complexity to focus on the human experience.
• Work from hirify.global Warsaw Office (hybrid model: 4 days in office, 1 day from home).
