What you will do
- Actively explore the mobile game market and player data to suggest product improvements.
- Propose comprehensive design solutions to enhance retention, engagement, monetization, live events, and social features.
- Expand design briefs into complete, detailed specifications for feature development.
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams for prototyping and iterating on ideas from start to finish.
- Manage a healthy game economy by creating and balancing systems based on data and monetization strategy.
- Evaluate design solutions by conducting user testing, interviews, and analyzing data.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Game Designer or equivalent portfolio.
- Deep knowledge of game design principles (player motivation, core loop, monetization models, economy balancing).
- Strong game analysis skills, including the ability to deconstruct and discuss game design.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a data-driven environment.
- Experience with wireframe & UI creation tools such as Figma, Adobe XD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
