Location: Hybrid in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto (Canada), requiring a minimum of two office days per week. Occasional travel to partner or supplier sites is also required.

Salary: $99,600 to $134,600 CAD

What you will do

• Develop real-time procurement dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline procurement workflows and enhance user experience.
• Implement and optimize procurement technologies (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba) and manage system integrations.
• Design and manage procurement governance frameworks ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance standards.
• Partner with leadership on annual planning, departmental OKRs, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Provide mentorship to project teams and build strong cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing operations, or program management within the tech, SaaS, or high-growth corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide process improvements, governance frameworks, and technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement systems, data analytics, and supplier management.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills; experience with ERP or P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Workday, Oracle).
• Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Project management experience (PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification).
