Senior Analytics Application Developer (Healthcare Analytics)

Senior Analytics Application Developer (Healthcare Analytics): Leading and implementing enterprise-scale healthcare analytics software solutions and reporting for HIS products and clients, collaborating within an agile team. Focus on determining the design, coding, and delivery of products and customer solutions, supporting product development across the US and the globe.

Location: Remote - United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). New employees hired with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment.

Salary: $85,200 - $117,150 (base pay plus variable incentive pay)

What you will do

• Lead the creation of healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients within an agile team.
• Implement enterprise-scale application and reporting solutions.
• Determine the design, coding, and delivery of hirify.global HIS products and customer solutions.
• Support hirify.global HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe.
• Work closely with other teams to deliver data-driven products.
• Be willing to be on-call.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2+ years of experience in Software Development OR High School Diploma/GED AND 6+ years of experience in Software Development.
• 2+ years of Software Engineering Experience.
• 2+ years of Data Analytics Experience.
• 2+ years working in an agile development environment.
• 2+ years working with databases, including SQL, relational structures, dimensional data modeling, and ETL techniques.
• 2+ years working with BI tools (Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau) and BI techniques (Filters, Prompts, Templates, Hierarchies, Metrics, and Attributes).
• Demonstrated experience in dashboard and report development, testing, tuning, scheduling report delivery and alerts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues.
