Dedicated Support Research Analyst (Medtech)

Dedicated Support Research Analyst (Medtech): Partnering with life science customers to understand their technical needs, produce studies, and troubleshoot analyses using Electronic Health Record (EHR) data. Location: Hybrid remote, must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the US. In-person attendance required at least once per year for an onsite meeting in Seattle, WA. Preference for Pacific Time Zone alignment.

Salary: $94,000–$145,000

What you will do

• Partner with life science customers to understand their technical analysis and enablement needs.
• Scope solutions and produce studies using SQL, R, and Python within agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with customers on analyses to help produce peer-reviewed publications.
• Provide technical analytics support and troubleshoot customer analyses.
• Teach customers to wrangle and analyze data using SQL, R, and Python on Real World Data.
• Deliver feedback to internal teams to inform hirify.global’s product roadmap.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate level education in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record data or other Real World Data sources using SQL, R, and Python.
• 2+ years of experience working with customers to deliver high-quality research analyses.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Willingness to learn new coding languages, including internal proprietary ones.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment.

• Statistics, Regression, Propensity Score Matching, Survival Analyses & Kaplan-Meier curves.
• Spark/PySpark experience.
