What you will do

• Build an analytical infrastructure for collecting, processing, and visualizing data.
• Analyze payment conversion to identify growth opportunities and optimize transaction costs.
• Work with data from external providers via API and internal databases (BigQuery, MySQL).
• Automate and monitor a system for controlling payment metrics and compliance with Visa/MasterCard limits.
• Visualize data by creating dashboards in Tableau for top management and CEOs of portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Full higher technical education (Applied Mathematics, System Analysis, Cybernetics, Computer Science, etc.).
• 3–4+ years of experience as a Data/Product Analyst; experience in Payments, Fintech, or high-load E-commerce is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of SQL and experience with cloud storage (Google BigQuery) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to work with large data sets and transform complex calculations into business insights.
• Ability to prioritize, formulate hypotheses, and complete tasks independently without micromanagement.
